Welcome reception for the Humphrey International Fellows on September 15
The International Fellowship Program of the Humphrey Institute is pleased to welcome international fellows through the Humphrey Fellowship Program, the Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship, the Indian MPA Fellowship, and the Liberian Government Fellowship. All members of the Humphrey community are invited to attend a welcome reception for the 2008-2009 fellows from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 15, in Cowles Auditorium.
