Dr. Carol Becker, a Humphrey Institute alumna, is the new finance director for the Institute. Carol has been a mentor to Humphrey students and has had a career in public service and elective politics. She most recently served as a financial planner for the Metropolitan Council in the transportation area. She was elected last year to the Board of Estimates of the City of Minneapolis and teaches courses in public management at University of St. Thomas. Her first day will be March 2. Welcome!
