Minnesota Population Seminar February 16
Kevin Thomas, assistant professor at Penn State University, will discuss "The Human Capital Characteristics and Household Living Standards of Returning International Migrants in Eastern and Southern Africa" on Monday, February 16, from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in 50 Willey Hall. This seminar is the fourth in a series presented by the Minnesota Population Center.
