The Institute's IT Services (aka Compstaff) completed its first annual customer satisfaction survey in March. 96% of respondents reported that Compstaff's service met or exceeded their expectations, and the quality of their interactions with IT staff was rated 4.5 out of 5 stars. See full survey results. The IT team currently is making plans to address suggestions by respondents to further improve its services.
