The Center for Science, Technology, and Public Policy will host Candian Ambassador Gary Doer in Cowles Auditorium at the Humphrey School from 4 to 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 25. Ambassador Doer and Professor Deb Swackhamer will discuss the challenges and opportunities of crafting agreements on shared water resources between neighboring countries.
