Dr. Thomas Luce, Director of Research at the Institute on Race and Poverty, University of Minnesota Law School, will give a talk based around his new book, "Region: Planning the Future of the Twin Cities" as part of this year's Regional Planning and Policy Brownbag Series. at 11:30 a.m. in the Wilkins Room (Room 215) at the Humphrey Center.
