On Tuesday February 15, Professor Paul Stone of the Humphrey School will present a lecture on Humphrey's public career as Mayor of Minneapolis, U.S. Senator from Minnesota and Vice President of the United States. Stone will discuss Humphrey's new brand of Liberalism and how it was frequently in competition with the liberalism associated with the New Deal and an older stream of progressivism identified with President Woodrow Wilson.
