Humphrey Institute alumnus Mark Kinders (MPA '00) recently was named vice president of University Relations at Northeastern Sate University.

Mark Kinders, a 23-year veteran of public higher education at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, has been named vice president for University Relations at Northeastern State University....He holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, a Master of Arts in History from UWRF, and a Master of Public Affairs from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota.
