Faculty, staff honored at reception

Humphrey Institute alumnus Mark Kinders (MPA '00) was awarded the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence for Academic Staff from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.

Mark Kinders has served as director of public affairs for UW-RF since 1985. He is responsible for media, community, legislative and congressional relations, as well as overseeing the photography services and sports information departments.
