Hydraulic hybrids could be powerful alternative

Sophia Ginis of the Center for Science, Technology and Public Policy comments on the viability of hydraulic hybrid vehicles entering the market.

Half the cost would be covered by industry donations, Sophia Ginis , outreach manager at the Humphrey Institute’s Center for Science, Technology and Public Policy , said.
