The Liberian Journal reports on President Sirleaf's Minnesota visit for the Humphrey Insittute (includes video).

Speaking at theHubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, MN (USA) on Friday, Mrs. Sirleaf told a gathering of Liberians and Americans that Liberia is the first country to complete the annual report under the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) and was recognized by Transparency International at its Doha conference two months ago.
