Humphrey alum Ed Zabinski has been named to the Board of Directors of Northspan Inc. Group in Duluth.

Ed Zabinski, a banker and city councilor from Grand Rapids, is a senior vice president at Grand Rapids State Bank and co-founded MotherLode North America, a software development company since 2000. He has been active in economic development, having served 13 years as a member of the Grand Rapids State Bank board, as a trustee of the Northland Foundation, the Itasca Economic Development Corp. and in a variety of other community activities.
