Republican National Convention's political impact? Not much

Humphrey Professor Larry Jacobs comments on the Republican party's hopes that holding the national convention in St. Paul would help their chances in the last presidential race.

"Maybe the Republican Party should be asking for a refund," Jacobs said. "Their game plan didn't work out."
