Charter schools see boost

Director of the Center for School Change Joe Nathan spoke on the integrity that shows in Tom Bloch. Bloch quit his job as the CEO of H&R Block to become a teacher of math. Bloch has since co-founded a successful charter school in Kansas City, University Academy.

"There are a lot of people with wealth and privilege who talk about what Tom did," said Nathan, "but Tom did it, and I think that shows a lot of integrity."
