Professor Samuel Myers talks about his research in racial disparities in employment.

Research by Professor Samuel Myers of the University of Minnesota's Hubert Humphrey School of Public Affairs found the barriers to hiring were complex, and attributed much of the employment gap in Minnesota to differences in education, the relatively young age of the black labor force, location, industry and occupation.
