Humphrey School hosts talk on technology.

Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt is set to speak at the University of Minnesota on the future of the high-technology economy. The university says Schmidt will give a speech Wednesday morning at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in which he'll predict how technology will change how people will work, learn and govern.
