How the health care reform act will actually affect your care

Humphrey School hosts discussion with Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel on health care reform.

He was painted by critics as a proponent of "death panels" and rationing, but Dr. Emanuel contends that The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act he supported will be "a major catalyst to reform in the system and by the end of the decade, (in) 2020, we will have a much better healthcare system because of it."
