U of M Humphrey School of Public Affairs dean to deliver convocation

Eric Schwartz to give convocation at Carleton College on the important role of public institutions in advancing societies and economies.

Veteran public servant and human rights expert Eric Schwartz will deliver Carleton College's weekly convocation address at 10:50 a.m. on Friday in the Skinner Memorial Chapel. Entitled "Governance is the Solution: 21st Century Challenges and the Public Service Mission," Schwartz's presentation is free and open to the public.
