A look at the Governor's use of his veto power

Larry Jacobs explains the plethora of vetoed legislation.

Larry Jacobs with the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs says having a Republican-controlled legislature and a Democrat as a governor is the perfect storm for seeing a lot of vetoes. It's not surprising Dayton vetoed Republican-led legislation like tax cuts and a bill that would have changed how teachers are laid off.
