Art Rolnick weighs in on the role of the City Bloomington in the Mall of America's new development.
"They're not threatening to leave," jokes Art Rolnick, a senior fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, in reference to recent debate about public financing for a new Vikings stadium. "If it's a good investment for the Mall of America, they're going to do it anyway ... I see no reason why Bloomington should get involved in this."
