Larry Jacobs addresses the energy surrounding the Walker recall election.

"The Wisconsin recall election has hit a frenetic pace," University of Minnesota political science professor Larry Jacobs said, watching the race from the other side of the border. "The energy in the recall is like nothing I've seen before. Usually anger will bubble up and then it dissipates pretty quickly. The anger against Scott Walker bubbled up and hasn't gone away."
