James Oberstar to speak in Berkeley, October 18

James Oberstar is the 2012-13 Matsui Lecturer at the Robert T. Matsui Center for Politics and Public Service at University of California.

His lecture, "The Seeds of Our 21st Century Transportation Network: A Retrospective of Sixty Years of Policymaking", will examine the history of infrastructure policy in the United States.
