Larry Jacobs weighs in on the future of gay marriage in Minnesota.

Defeat of the proposed Constitutional Amendment banning gay marriage, might not signal easy sailing for legislation to legalize gay marriage in Minnesota. That's the opinion, at least, of one political expert. University of Minnesota political analyst, Larry Jacobs, says even though Democrats control the Governor's Office and both houses of the legislature, he thinks a bill legalizing gay marriage does not stand "prayer's chance" of passing this legislative session.
