Esther Brimmer, assistant secretary of state for organizational affairs, visits the Humphrey School.

"It's quite striking, because not only have Minnesotans been so generous in terms of hosting refugees, many of your nongovernmental organizations are involved on human rights, agricultural and environmental issues, and all sorts of issues of global import. You also have a major graduate school of foreign affairs" -- the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, where Brimmer met with faculty and students.
