Oberstar to speak at University of Minnesota-Duluth on bicycling and alternative transportation

James Oberstar to discuss alternative modes of transportation.

Former Congessman James Oberstar is busy in Duluth this week, with a forum on traditional transportation today at UMD and two talks Friday about alternative transportation. After the surprise loss of his 8th District seat in 2010, Oberstar has been named a visiting scholar at UMD and at the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota's Twin Cities campus.
