Comcast needs to improve their Customer Service
This is my first blog ever. I am a MPP student at the Humphrey Institute on the West Bank and I may use this for academic purposes in the future. For now, it is just for fun. I welcome any advice opinions or new ideas.
I appologize in advance for anything annoyng I might say here. I do have strong opinions on some issues and this is a forum where I can say what I really mean. Of course, these are my own opinions/ideas and are not endorsed or associated with the Humphrey Institute or the University of Minnesota in any way.
Does anywone know where the cable/internet/phone provider Comcast's management is physically located? I would like to have a few words with them regarding customer service. They don't give this information out over the phone and don't even give out extensions to the Help Desk! I had hoped that in a big city like Minneapolis customer service from ISPs would be adequate. I was wrong.
