Prof. Jeffrey Pilcher's new book, Planet Taco: A Global History of Mexican Food, published September 2012 by Oxford University Press, is featured in the Fall 2012 issue of the UofM Alumni Association's MINNESOTA Magazine, and was recently profiled in a Washington Post article published on August 3, 2012.
