A Stillwater man already given state felony charges was indicted on federal child porn charges Thursday, according to the Pioneer Press.
Shane Allen Werlein, 40, was already accused in early March in Washington County District Court of trying to solicit a 13-year-old girl for prostitution on Facebook, according to the Star Tribune.
According to the criminal report, Werlein used Facebook to send messages to the 13-year-old asking her if she wanted to "make a lot of money" by "making out with guys" and performing oral sex acts.
