Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger was released from a South Korean hospital Sunday, said a hospital spokesman.
Kissinger was taken to a hospital in Seoul on Saturday and treated for a stomach virus,according to CNN.
Kissinger's condition was not serious and he was not given any major treatment such as surgery, hospital spokesman Han Jin-ho said.
The 86-year-old Kissinger arrived in Seoul on Wednesday to attend a secretary forum and met with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak on Friday, according to The Associated Press.
