New Ways

As we move forward it is important for the future generations to be educated on the inequalities of women in authoritative roles especially in sports. More jobs need to be available to both genders in order to combat this problem. Creating more opportunities for women to get jobs in positions such as athletic directors and coaches is a must. Young females need to have role models in all areas of life including sports, with the low number of females in authoratative positions there are less role models for women which in turn leads to less women going down sport path careers. This class does a great job of educating us on the problems in sport and more classes much like this should be offered to help in fixing this problem.
