Feedback Please?

When I was in athletics in high school, the teams I was on didn't really evaluate us on a level that we could gain feedback for. In track the only evaluation we had were time trials at the beginning of the season, to know where we started. Every race could have been seen as an evaluation, but that was really only to decide who was going to run the next meet. In basketball, we really didn't get evaluated at all. It would have been nice to know things you were improving on and things you were struggling with from someone else's perspective.

I'd like to see some beneficial form of evaluation for the athletes in my high school program. Knowing how your performance is changing I think is really important. Getting positive feedback on things you've improved on is nice to know. It's also beneficial to know things you still need to put more effort into.
