An-ex janitor was sentenced Friday for taking pictures of women and girls using the bathroom in a Burnsville private school.
Jason D. Kohlwey, 31, was sentenced to 30 days with an electronic home monitoring device, four days in jail, and up to eight years probation for taking photos of girls using the bathroom at Good Shepard Lutheran School in Burnsville, the Star Tribune said.
Kohlwey pleaded guilty for the charges in August and will have to register as a sex offender. However, the charge of possessing child pornography was dismissed from the case, the Pioneer Press said.
Kohlwey was investigated beginning in October 2009 when a girl told officials that a man had put a camera under the bathroom stall divider while she was going to the bathroom, the Star Tribune said.
Police found photos on Kohlwey's computer of numerous girls' and women's buttocks using the restroom, the Star Tribune said.
