Waste Not, Give Not
Check out this story aired last evening on Fox 9. The cost to our thrift store friends from waste dropped as reuse is staggering. I just thought you all would be interested. (Posted by Mark Olson)

I shop at thrift stores (ARC, etc.) and also contribute. My rule of thumb is if I wouldn't feel good about passing it on to a family member, I don't drop it off. I have a bag of odd ball worn clothing at home that didn't pass that test that I cut into strips to make crocheted rugs. My grandma made these out of old hosiery. I don't know though, do stores recycle clothes (in other ways)that are stained or are too worn?
