Beginning May Term 2010, salaries for teaching appointments in May Term or in Summer Session will be limited to no more than $2,225 per credit. (NOTE: this is equivalent to a B-base salary of $53,357,)
Standard computations based on the instructor's current B-base salary are to be used:
B-Base salary x .0417 = per credit salary
Requests for waivers or exceptions to this policy should be submitted to the appropriate Associate Dean (Heidi Barajas for graduate courses; Mary Trettin for undergraduate courses).

- What happens with hires/promotions/augmentations coming from the Dean's office? WHo is responsible for making sure these are entered?
]]>- No communication from FSO (Denise, Ryan, Team Leads) leading up to and during fiscal year end about deadlines or closing dates, etc.
- We would like a "flow chart" of how things need to flow for the various tasks (requisitions, vendor payments, reimbursements, etc). There is conflicting information both on how things are done and who does what.
- FSO needs to update forms to allow room for account strings, and the account strings should occur in the same order on each form.
- the U of M external sales office no longer exists - it is now ISO. How does this affect our process?
- no more credit card payments through U-Mart? Does the college have another way to do this?

The beauty of this form is that it can be filled out by the faculty member and then it populates a spreadsheet for me with all of the information. So in the end, all of the individual requests are housed in one place.
