3:30 pm--Cooking Demonstration by John Righetti
Righetti is a founder and current national president of the Carpatho-Rusyn Society. He lectures extensively on Carpatho-Rusyn topics. An avid cook, Righetti is owner of Old World Catering, a catering service in Pittsburgh. He has conducted Rusyn cooking demonstrations for the Andy Warhol Museum, Rusyn festivals, and KDKA-TV, and appears regularly on Pittsburgh's public television station WQED demonstrating Rusyn recipes on their nationally syndicated "WQED Cooks".

After dinner remarks and entertainment by the Ukrainian Village Band playing Rusin and Eastern European music
