Celebrate with the IHRC

The Friends of the Immigration History Research Center (IHRC) will hold their annual meeting on Saturday, November 10, 2012
Location: Croatian Hall, 445 Second avenue South, South Saint Paul
Time: 6pm to 9pm
Speaker: Erika Lee, Ph. D., Rudolph J. Vecoli Chair in Immigration History, Director, Immigration History Research Center, University of Minnesota.

Special Opportunity/Optional: 5pm. Tour of the Serbian Cultural Center, 403 Third Avenue South, South Saint Paul (optional donation recommended.) The Serbian Cultural Center, formerly the Serbian Home, holds a place on the National Historic Register, and is a museum operated by Ted Trkla.
Menu: Appetizers: Bacon Wrapped Apricots and a Cheese and Veggie Tray
Dinner: Chicken Breast, Sarma (cabbage rolls with beef and pork), Parsley Buttered Potatoes, Honey Glazed Carrots, Bread Baskets, Dessert; Coffee, Water, Wine, and Soda.
Schedule: 5:30pm. Registration
6:00pm. Social hour: Appetizers, Entertainment by the "Chris Kalogerson Orchestra"
6:30pm. Buffet Dinner
7:15pm. Annual Business Meeting
7:30pm. Presentation, Erika Lee, Director IHRC
8:15pm. Drawing for Door Prizes; Adjourn
