"Mastering the Art of Cooking: Cookbooks as Historical Resources"

Friday, March 2. Join us at noon for a "First Fridays" presentation in 120 Andersen Library. Cookbooks can be a surprisingly rich source of historical information, and cookbook collections are becoming more common in academic libraries. This presentation will explore cookbook collections as research materials and individual cookbooks as historical artifacts.
