...smile because it happened!
~ Dr. Seuss

This is my final, farewell blog of 2010-2011.

...this moment is your life.

Spring is in the air - and so is exam week. With mounting pressure from impending exams, with essays to write and projects to polish, with analyses to run and talks to present, how do we stay happy?

This blog is concerned with my top 10 picks of restaurants in Minneapolis. Whatever your flavor, I hope you find something you like! (The picture shows food from Brasa Restaurant, in North East).

Norwegians say, "there's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes."

As we prepare for another bout of the white material, what can you do to make the most out of a snow-heavy February?

SPSP = Society for Personality and Social Psychology
2011 = Year after 2010 and before 2012
SanAn = San Antonio
TX = Texas

..but what does it mean?

This blog concerns one of the top reasons to go to graduate school: Conferences.

In Norway, on New Years Eve as the clock strikes midnight, we exit our houses for a celebration outdoors. Upon re-entering, we lay iron and steel across the thresholds of our doors, because evil cannot cross these metals. Coming into our houses in the new year, all evil from the past year is forced to stay behind outside, in the shivering cold.

*Starts February 3rd 2011.

"I'm in social psychology."

"That is like, so cool."

"Why, thank y..."

"...so, like, can you tell what I'm thinking right now?"

"Um, no, I'm not a..."

"...but you're analyzing me!"

"No, I'm not. Like I said, I do social psychology."

"Wow, you're, like, making me feel so self-aware right now."

"Education is priceless."

Why, then, does it cost so much?

Here is a guide to how you can prepare for tuition and living costs through fellowships (check out Kyoko's blog for information about financial aid and assistantships).
