On Sunday, Jan. 13, the latest product release for ServiceNow, the University of Minnesota's IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, will be installed in production. The product release, called "Berlin," has undergone extensive testing in a University test environment since November. During Sunday's installation, between 7 and 8 a.m., ServiceNow will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes.
