Professor and IPrime Director Chris Macosko is organizing an upcoming Golden Gate Polymer Forum (GGPF) three-day short course on the rheology of polymers, dispersions and gels.
The course will be held in Mountain View, CA July 13 to 15. It is designed to give practicing engineers and chemists an understanding of rheology fundamentals, principles of measurements, and applications to practical problem solving.

IPrime's CPF program is offering its annual short course May 24 - 26, 2011. Registration is now open. The IPrime Annual Meeting will be held the following week.
The course is designed for engineers who are engaged in coating and who seek a deeper understanding of processes and processing problems. It is also relevant to physical scientists concerned with the formulation of coating liquids for process-ability and microstructure development.
