Beckman Coulter is currently seeking entry-level software development engineers and software validation engineers who are interested in producing high-quality software products to develop the next generation of diagnostic instruments for use in clinical laboratories.
Beckman Coulter develops, manufactures, and markets products that simplify, automate, and innovate complex biomedical testing. Our diagnostic systems are found in hospitals and other critical care settings around the world and produce information used by physicians to diagnose diseases, make treatment decisions, and monitor patients.
Instrument development includes an embedded aspect that develops motion control and behaviors of single subsystems, the coordination of interactions between multiple subsystems, and the scheduling of tasks throughout the system. Development also includes application software responsible for interfacing with users, databases, and other laboratory systems.
