As a Welcome Week Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a group of first-year students through their transition to the University of Minnesota during Welcome Week.
As a Welcome Week Leader, you will gain:
- Knowledge of how to use your strengths in individual and team situations
- Confidence when leading a group of peers
- Practical knowledge of the University of Minnesota
- Cooperative relationships among the people with whom you work
