The Society of Women Engineers is a national organization of collegiate and professional women in science and engineering fields. Men are welcome to join SWE, although our membership is required to be a majority female. The group's goal is to stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers, scientists, and leaders. The group works to expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life and to demonstrate the value of diversity.
