Copenhagen: Merchants' Harbor

After spending our last two days in Copenhagen, we have experienced some of the many hot spots in the busy city including:

Carlsberg Museum

Rosenborg Palace Garden

The Harbor

The view from the tower of Vor Frelsers Kirke

Tivoli Gardens (one of the oldest amusement parks in the world!)

Walking around the streets of charming Copenhagen, there is much to find! The Danish love to be up late and the city is very busy at night. It is very noticeable how much they care about renewable energy and sustainability. A simple example includes how we cannot leave lights on in our hotel room because the light switch is activated by our room key. Tomorrow, we will attend a seminar on Sustainability Research and Policy at the University of Copenhagen. So far, we have absorbed the city life and atmosphere, and tomorrow we will learn about the functions of sustainability in Copenhagen!

Copenhagen looks beautiful! I love the updates and pictures. Hi Eric!
