On August 23, 2012, UMChat will be decommissioned. If you have converted to Google Apps, please use Google Chat through your Gmail inbox, Google+, or an IM client (e.g., Google Talk).
Users who do not have a Google Apps account for the University of Minnesota and who need to use instant messaging should transition to Google Apps. If you have any questions about how to transition your account to Google, contact the Helpdesk at 726-8847. Further Google Apps information is available on the ITSS Google Apps support site.
