I'm recommending that new & old agenda items be submitted here and that the Summaries category be used purely as an overview.

Special Characters Bug - I have a simple reporting tool that renders (without XML) any query you hard-code (limited for security purposes) that I would like to use to view the next batch of special character issues. If these can be rendered by plain HTML/perl, then this screen could be used as an intermediate step to automating the repair of these proposals (using whitespace replacement) while we look for the real cause. This enables SPA to get these proposals back into the pipeline without EAD and they can instruct users that they didn't follow directions, their proposal is corrupt, and they are responsible for their own repairs.

I've added myself & Paul to email notification when I post as a test. Since I've not seen any activity on this site, I thought that notifications might help involve people in the discussion. The email exchange on the PRF Reloading Tool is an excellent example of where a BLOG might be a more effective forum.
