Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology

The Twin Cities Campus Libraries included UMC in their subscription to Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology. Chemistry faculty will recognize it as one of the basic resources for chemical technology and related fields. Check out the article on Beer and Brewing to see the kind of useful detail this resource provides.
