6/22

So today has been one of the most boring days ever. Last night I tried to go to bed at twelve, but there is a bar below the apartment complex and there was a very loud obnoxious lady talking so loud I could hear her through my window. So today I am very tired and had to get up at 6:30 for my first day of work. So far in the seven hours I have been at work I have read several packettes of information about the organization and met everyone who works here, and that´s about it...I have been bored out of my mind and have checked my facebook about 1 million times. My boss is not here today, so I think that´s why they don´t really have anything prepared for me to do. If it´s the same next time I think I will just go around and talk to people and ask them about their jobs. It seems like a pretty interesting place. They help a lot of small to medium companies (Pymes) with financial issues and exporting issues. Spain in general imports a lot more than they export, so they are trying to help more companies enter the international market.

At three I will be done and will go home for lunch. Later tonight I have my Spanish history class, then dinner, homework, and bed.

Hey Sarah,
I hope tomorrow is more exciting. Talking to other people about their jobs sounds like a good idea.

Hi Sarita,

I bet the job will get more interesting when your boss returns. Hang in there.

Thanks for blogging. It is really fun to hear about your days. Can't wait to hear about Madrid and your adventures there. Do you leave Friday night or Saturday?

I'm at work and my day is pretty boring too. There is not a lot of work when there are not a lot of disasters. We review and write policy and prepare for busier times. Also lots of training.

Love You,

Auntie
