Day 44
Yoga & Lifting
I had an excellent triceps, chest and shoulders workout. I'm solid at a higher weight on the bench press and looking to boost it again soon. I had to switch up my routine because someone was using the machine I usually use to do triceps, and so I did kick-backs with a dumbbell. It reminded me that switching things up is good, because I really hit the triceps in a different way today. Yoga was solid, too.
Jujutsu
Kids' class was great as usual on Saturday. I haven't read or done anything the past two days. I need to get some notebook work in this week...
