Days Twenty-Eight & Twenty-Nine

Yoga & Lifting
Saturday was a solid leg day. Daylight savings set me back and I slept in on Monday, missing one of only a couple of days this past two months. Today I got up and managed to double up with triceps, chest, shoulders and also legs. It was a very good workout.

Jujutsu
Saturday kids' class was excellent. It was a great workout for me as an assistant instructor and it was great fun for my girls. The two older ones are definitely hooked. The youngest is a bit on the fence but may come around.
